We are Law Society accredited and every criminal defence solicitor in the practice is Court Duty Solicitor Accredited. Several hold Higher Rights of Audience to carry out Crown Court cases, and all are true specialists in criminal law defence with extensive experience in criminal defence work. Our Family Law team specialise in Children Act proceedings concerning the welfare and protection of children. The team comprises of skilled advocates who are qualified to the highest standards to fully argue you or your child’s interests before the Family Proceedings Court. We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy with the service we have provided to you or you have concerns you should inform us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the problem for you. We have a procedure in place which details how we handle complaints, which is explained in our initial letter to you.
